About Lena

About my motivation:⌗
Navigating the crossroads of empathy and innovation, I stand as a junior Scrum Master, rooted in the world of social work and poised to catalyze transformation in the realm of agile development. My journey began in the embrace of social work, where I imbibed the essence of effective communication and teamwork. As I transitioned into the IT realm, I seized the opportunity to merge my passion with my profession. Armed with a PSM I certification, I was given the oportunity to gain first experience as a scrum master at Linuxcode. Guiding a team of developers as a junior Scrum Master, I bring a distinct perspective influenced by my social work background. I believe that teamwork is more than just a process; it’s a symphony of human collaboration. This perspective, coupled with the agile methodology, allows me to foster an environment where every voice is harmonized, and every idea contributes to the crescendo of progress. My role isn’t limited to managing sprints; it’s about orchestrating an atmosphere where innovation thrives. In every retrospective and planning meeting, I draw from my dual heritage of social work and agile principles. This synergy allows me to bridge the gap between empathy and technology, weaving a narrative of collaboration that resonates with both the human spirit and the digital landscape. As I traverse this path, I am reminded that my journey is a testament to the fact that innovation flourishes at the crossroads of diverse perspectives. As a junior Scrum Master, I carry the torch of empathy, lighting the way for teams to create impactful solutions that embody the essence of human connection and technological progress.
